Primary Teachers normally train students in grade 1 to 5 in school; in some boards and countries, primary education runs from standard 1 to 8. In a few cases, they educate students in the Kindergarten stage as well. But normally they're recruited by primary schools or by the primary sections of secondary or senior secondary schools. They put together plans and notes for taking classroom classes as consistent with board syllabus; take classes; assist students to understand numerous topics in subjects; guide them and inspire them to do well; plan and enforce diverse curricular and extracurricular activities.
